Payments made by our travellers towards the travel price are protected against insolvency with Zurich Insurance Europe AG, Platz der Einheit 2, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, insurance certificate no. 2.008.381. The security certificate (Sicherungsschein) covers travel services booked between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026; the booking date shown on the travel confirmation is decisive. You will receive the security certificate together with your booking confirmation, before you make any payment towards the travel price.
